I posted a fix to an erratic idle problem I had on my TLS back in July. I said I would follow up on how the fix worked and if everything else seemed okay. Well it's been almost 2 months and 2000 miles and everything is A-okay. My TLS is still idling smoothly.

The fix was to disable the ELD (Electronic Lowspeed Detection) circuit so that the charging system operates all the time and not part time. The dealer performed this fix as per the Acura Tech Line inquiry I had them make.

So if anyone else is experiencing idle problem you may want to have your service folks check into this and see if it should be something your should have done.
