ecu reset help
I have a 99 with navi. Is there any way to reset the ecu without unplugging the battery and having to enter in radio and navi codes. I've search for like an hour and the results aren't helpful. I've heard of the clock backup fuse, but i don't know if my car has that since the clock is on the navi. Please help

the clock backup fuse is the best way (every car has it). Its located on the passenger side fuse box. Just look on the back of the fuse cover to figure out which one is the clock backup fuse.
Leave it out for at least 20 min if im not wrong

Actually if you open you glove compartment while sitting in the drivers seat you will see a white sticker on the out side. the code should be on that white sticker. thats where mine was

The sticker with the radio code was stuck to a page in my manual by a big greasy finger, most likely the tech who did the initial inspection. It was on the page that it talks about entering the codes. Just one other place to look.

The clock backup fuse is the best way to reset the ECU. It wont cause you to need the radio/navi codes to be re-entered. (it does the exact same thing as disconnecting the battery)
Its even in the shop manual to reset it that way
