Under the passenger-side carpet up against the center console. Pull the carpet back in the back left of the floorboard area up against the firewall.

Technically, our cars don't have an "ECU". Honda/Acura calls the equivalent of that the PCM which stands for Powertrain Control Module. The transmission is controlled separately by the Transmission Control Module (TCM).
