EBC Brake Problems

I purchased a set of EBC brake pads for my 2001 TL and took them to Acura of Cleveland to get them installed. Acura of Cleveland said that the front pads went on fine but the rear ones did not fit. I was wondering if someone who has successfully isntalled these pads on their TL could verify the part number with me. Thanks

Don't have the part numbers handy, but the rears should fit as long as you got the right ones. You might have to shave the metal tab though so the caliper hits it dead-on.

you have to shave two parts of the pads.. if the mechanic took 30 sec to look at the pads carefully.. he wouldve noticed it.. i cant believe a "certified" mechanic cant figure that out, how dumb

I don't have a pic but they needed to be slightly shaved for a perfect fit...

I don't know if the mechanic that did my brakes had to modify the EBC pads I gave him to install but I wasn't told there were any problems. I don't have the part number handy but I do recall the box listing the pads for the Honda Odyssey (don't remember what years though).
