the problem with rotors drilled by an aftermarket place is: the rotor has to be designed with drilling points in mind-- to have extra inner rib strings there, and other considerations.
The drilling method- CNC programing and much more come into play.
Some companies like Rotora and RacingBrake offer rotors that are drilled- and they are CAD designed with all the strength features need to prevent problems and have the right kind of counter-sink on the holes.
