DVD 2.05 ordering question

DVD 2.05 ordering question
I just "ordered" the DVD on the web site.
I got through the whole form, but when I pressed "submit" it just stayed there. I waited about 5 minutes, then pressed "submit" again.
Did I order two DVDs, or did I order no DVDs?
Is there a confirmation page or screen? Did you guys get an email confirming the order?
HELP!
BTW - I called the 888 number, but got a recording.
