Double Din

I know we spoke about this in past posts. I just wanted to let everyone know, this afternoon I called Tweeter here in Baltimore. I spoke to the guy and he said they will custom make a din for our cars for 120. That is not as bad as some of the other posts saying 200 and more sometimes. Just wanted everyone to know that.

Other question I had was if I were to buy a new sub which wasnt bose could I make it work and still keep my stock speakers but not my rear sub since it wont work with a aftermarket navi..

What do you mean custom make a DIN for our cars? You mean make a dash kit for our cars instead of buying the universal one with the little pocket underneath it??

If so, I might be interested. Let me know and also post pics once you get him to make yours so I will know what it looks like. Thanks.

Why do you need to mave one custom made? If your going to get a double din navi unit whats wrong with the metra kit that alot of the other members have?

That sucks, I was planning on using the metra a little down the line. Good luck with the custom job.
