double checking exhaust fitament

a 01 tl exhaust will fit a 02 tls exhaust i presume. just double checking

it might bolt up....but...ack..isn't it smaller diameter?..

They will fit, but you will need exhaust gaskets to make sure it doesn't leak. They are cheap at the dealership, like 9 bucks for each.
