It seem like fits but need to cut the pipe a little shorter ,which connet to the throttle body,is it that SIMPLE???or something that i don't know ??please help if you know,i really don't want to spend more $$$ for another CAI(if i can)thanks

 

You need to buy a new CAI. The type S TB is bigger than the 00 TB.
