6.5" in every door. Well, most 6.5" wont fit in the doors without cutting or spacing. Or both. You have to take off the whole door panel. Front and rear. I would recommend having a professional do this. But if you don't mind taking your time just be careful. As an installer I love to see customers that have already fuct up their car by trying it themselves. I charge them more. Lots more!

Yeah you usually have to remove the whole door panel. I don't know if there is a way to just remove the grill. Its not that hard really to swap the speakers.

Well if you look where the door handle is, behind there is a small hole with a little cover on it. You need to pop it open, a small flathead works good for this but be very careful they are really easy to break off. Once you open that you will see the screw, unscew that. Once the screw is out you need to jimmy out the door handle assembly. You will have to remove the the iron rod that operates the door handle, its held on by a small clip. if you look around the armrest there is a hole there and a screw in there. Unscrew that and then you will need to carefuly take off the black plastic covers where the side view mirrors are. Once all that is done pull back gently on the whole door panel and you will feel the clips snapping off. Once the door panel is off of all those you have to pull the whole door panel up to get it off the trim and door lock. Unhook the wire harnesses and there you have it. I know some of this might be confusing so ask if any of it is unclear. Also as far as what speakers fit just keep in mind there is around 2" of clearance behing the speaker with the window down so that will tell you what kind of spacer you will need to use.

You will need a 3/4 mdf spacer to make a decent speaker fit in there....
