I ordered those door sills like a month ago from apsignworks and still haven't gotten them yet. Is anyone else having problems with them too? I just wanted to know before i call them to see whats up with my order? I've already been charged for them on my cc. I already emailed them once asking if they had a shipping number or something but no one ever responded. How long did it take for you to recieve yours?

They seem to be royally fuc*ing this up... I'm glad I didn't place an order. From what I've read it takes about 4-6 weeks. Some people have had problems, but others haven't (more seem to have had issues then not). They have also been really bad with replying to calls/emails:

I heard a lot of ppl waiting for a long time for the sills. Some have been waiting for 2 months already. I ordered mine on July 11th and it came on July 30th. It was in a tube box and was not bent in anyway. I did email Jeff Apisignworks and he replied to me in 2 days. I am sure he is just hammered with orders. Eventually everyone will get their sills.

I got mine in 3 weeks, in perfect condition. I sent Jeff an email about 2 weeks into my wait period, and he replied in 2 days.

I am so glad I didn't order those sills..This guy Jeff seems to be professional with some people, but downright irresponsible with others. Not returning calls or emails is VERY unprofessional and shows that this guy has lugnuts for a brain. Damn, hopefully somebody a little more professional and reliable will start making sills because Jeff lost my vote a long time ago. Sorry to all those who have been patiently waiting for Jeff to get his act together.

Thanks for all the replies. I guess i'll email him one more time and see whats up with my order. I might also mention to him that if i don't get a response or something i will just contact my credit card company and have the order cancel and refunded to my account. I like the sills, but it's not something that i am gonna cry about if i don't actually get them.

I know it sucks when folks are not responsive, but I think that if you wait it out, youll realize that they are worth the 65 bucks including shipping. (but not more imo)

I am fairly happy with mine, and really believe that they add a nice touch to the interior.

this might give you guys some renew faith. I finally got my sills yesterday. It took Jeff exactly 1 month to get them to me. Trust me fellas, it is well worth the waith

I got mine yesterday also..but Jeff sent me the wrong one. I got the TL-S instead of TL.
