Does Window tinting cut down on Radio Reception?

Does Window tinting cut down on Radio Reception?

Someone at work told me that it would interfere with the reception. Have any of you with tinted windows noticed this?

Maybe if its metallic tint, like those mirror tints. This tint messed up my navigation.... radio is ok.
