Is anybody out there that knows for sure if the TL-S fogs will fit 99-01 TL's?

NO offense, but hadn't you noticed that the whole front end is TOTALLY different? There is no way they will fit.

You would probably need to replace the front hood, bumper, and your front fenders.

Hes a newbie, but still, the front is still noticeable
