Nope. There is a law which says something like aftermarket parts can not void warranties unless the manufacturer can prove that the after market part caused whatever to break... So unless your cat goes bad or something i'm sure that you are in good shape...

You will have to have some kind of reflector in the front. Check your state to see if you can have a clear reflector. If so, you can have one made and put that in to replace the amber reflector.

What do you mean by front tire gets eaten up??? I bet it is from the springs, therefore they aren't going to replace your tire...

That sucks cause if just one is going bald you'll need to replace atleast two.
