Reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery for about an hour or so. That's what I did when I installed my CAI!!

 

Not sure why you would need to do so, but it is better to pull the fuse for the engine control module - look in your owner's manual at the fuse layouts and pull the fuse, that way no toher sensors or radio settings are affected. After you pull the fuse, press the brake pedal to dump the residual charge. Should onlt take a few minutes,

If you did the install more than a few days ago; resetting your ECU isnt going to help, its already adapted to your modifications by now. Resetting an ECU is more to speed up the learning curve and have it adjust to new changes now instead of later.
