Does anyone know how to program the garage opener on their TLS?

Does anyone know how to program the garage opener on their TLS?
My dealer told me to hold down the button for 90 seconds then let go and press the garage opener and then hold down one of the 3 buttons for another 10 sec. but it still won't work. Any suggestions?

There are two ways to do it and it describes it in the manual.

also consider if the opener uses a rolling code or not...this will make one step, but the manual describes it the best!
