Does AEM CAI fit with fog lights on an 02?

Does AEM CAI fit with fog lights on an 02?
i've heard that the AEM CAI does not fit if you have the factory fog lights on an 2002 TL type S. Is this true? have any of you guys intalled the CAI on a car with the factory fog lights?
If the factory fog lights do get in the way, do they also get in the way of the comptech ice box?

I had to do the same. 02 TL-S with the Acura body-kit.
