Do the White indiglo gauges have a dimmer switch?
I just bought some white faced indiglo gauges online.
Before I install them, I was wanting to know if we would be able to hook-up a dimmer switch to them. The gauges I bought are from Otto Racing. They mention a dimmer switch, but it didn't come with one. Can we wire it to our existing dimmer switch?
Also, I was really only wanting to buy the gauges for the white facing during the day. I really don't care about the indiglo look at night. Will the existing lighting work if I chose not to hook-up the wiring that comes with the indiglo gauges?
In thinking about this, I guess if the existing gauges are luminated from behind, I could not use my existing lights. I'm just not sure how the lighting works for my Acura since I have never had the instrument cluster apart.
Any help from anyone that has done this install would be appreciated!

the gauges cover the existing gauges, they cover all light output, so no the existing lighting wont work. as for diming, ? mine are multi adjustable, so i can adjust them from a bright indaglo green to a real subdued blue. you can wire a switch to turn them off so just the needles light up also.
