showing us a picture of your car wont really help, whats done to it, not sure if its gonna be able to take a type R tho, whats done to your car and whats done to the itr?

 

def need more info. but seeing as you have is a header and intake, its doubtful you can take him. get a S/C!!!!!!!!

 

you would stand a chance if you were starting at 100kmh, but since the itrs have really good gearing your are not going to do very well from 200 and up since you will be in 4th and that is an overdrive gear

Initial D: with the mods you have it's really hard to tell... just try and let us know... i think you have a chance, depending on how good the ITR driver is... i played with an ITR once and i would say we were pretty much even in term of acceleration.
