I was gona go get some cold cathodes for the footwells of the TL, but i was wondering if the installation is the same as the Studio54 Neons where you have to just cut the Cigarette Lighter off. Do you do the same for the cold cathodes ? Anyone know, i would appreciate it. Thanks.

 

Yes it is the same, just no cig lighter to cut off. Just use the + and - from the inverter of the Cold Cathodes and connect it to the cig lighter end if u want. Or just use the + and - wires from the inverter to a the power source u want.

 

It comes ready with the molex connector that is usually used for PCs.

 

thanks alot man. gona head over to comp usa. i got a friend that works there so he should be able to get me a discount on the cold cathodes. Installation should be the same then. Im gona get them, and run the + and - end of the wires to the passenger fuse panel. Thanks alot. Will let you know if i have any problems.

 

Well, just got back from comp usa. They suck. only have like one type of cold cathode. I think im gona order it from one of those sites ive seen people posting. Anyone have a recomendation for what online site to order them from? Im looking for two single blue cold cathode tubes.
