Paintless dent removal ("Dent Wizard") effectiveness of course depends on the skill of the technician who works on your car. I have had EXTREMELY good success with this process. Depending on where the ding is, they either go in through the window or have to drill a small hidden hole. Then they use various shaped metal bars to "push" the ding back out from the inside. The metal has been stretched and they are stretching back into place, so if it's a bad one there will be tiny ripples in the paint. Even so, it's literally MIRACULOUS to watch the dents disappear. The price depends on where you live, but $50 a panel is not unreasonable (for some reason they charge per panel, not per dent). Good luck!

Its worth it-
I lived in the city of Chicago and my ES 300 looked like Al Capone did a drive by on both sides of my car. I have a friend who is a service advisor and I brought the car to him - Man It looked 100% better. I gave the dent dude a case of Heineken and a 100 bucks for like 10 dings- He did the work after hours of coarse in his garage

For what it's worth, I just got back today from the dealer. There were a couple small dings on my newly delivered car. One on the hood, and one on the trunklid. They had someone fix it for me. They mentioned "dent wizard", but I don't know if that was a company name, or just a term they used. Both dents are completely undetectable now. Granted it is easier when you can get behind the dent easily. They said he would charge $40-50 per body panel if I needed it done in the future.
