Does anyone know where i can get yellow HIDs? I know they make em just dont know where.

 

i know some brand makes these, but after searching, i couldn't find it....

those are actually pretty nice, too bad i just need the bulb and not the whole kit

good question, ok you know how the older legends have the yellow driving light where the highbeam would be on our car? i wanted to use that same idea, but then with the TL, and instead of just buying some yellow hb3 bulb, because i already have an extra hid kit, with 4600k bulbs, just wanted to put yellow in and see how it looks and if it doesnt look right then use them for yellow hid fog lights..

 

the thing with the yellow fogs is they had a coating/cover for a halogen bulb that made them yellow.
hid's are rated in kelvin, the 3k hid's are just going to be like halogen in color and not as bright.

yellow HIDs? seems like it'd look ugly.

 

if you use it for your fogs, it'll look alright with stock or 6000k headlights if you want the IS300 look.....but if you have 8000k or higher, it just doesn't work out.....here check out mine...

Contact the Taiwan guy. He told me after I bought my 6000k's that he now has the Philips 3000k Golden HID kit. I'm not sure of his email but I think it's jus4bulbs@yahoo.com. Really nice guy and had it sent ASAP. You have to tell him that you heard about him from .com so that he'll give you the discount... i don't know if a-tl has the same deal with him. He also is the guy on ebay, selling the stuff for more if you dont' want to go direct.

If you just need bulbs, he'll charge you $272.98 shipped via paypal. I believe that it's $255 for money order.
