what are the differences (aside from the 2 door thing )
i also know that cls has more supportive seats.. aside from that i hear mixed answers...
is weight/performance/handling any different?

The Tl comes with 55 watt fog lights while the Cl comes with 5 watt driving lights.

Also the Cl-S' wheels are 17x7 while the TL-S' are 17x6.5. Then theres the difference in the sound system. Cl with 6 speaker system and no sub. Tl with 5 speaker system and no tweeters.

Tl-S has torque sensitive steering while the CL-S had speed sensitive steering. (not sure if that changed for 2002 Cl-S')

Cant think of any more right now

 

and the difference between torque steering and speed steering is ... ???
