Differences Between 99-01 02-03 No one ever knew??

I noticed that the plastic engine cover on the 99s are different than 00-03. It looks better IMO.

Will the 99 gauge cluster work in a 2000 TL along with the reverse mirror thingamabobbers? And will the 99 engine cover fit also and if so where can i find one

its because of the intake manifold... the cover was changed to fit the new Intake Mani. design.

but i have to disagree. the 00-03 design looks much cleaner IMO.

i would gladly trade intake mani's and covers if somebody were close...
