Difference between AEM Cold & AEM V2?

Does anyone know if there's really much difference between the AEM cold air and the AEM V2 for the 2nd gen TL? I can get the AEM cold air on Ebay for $185 shipped, but I don't know if it would be better spend the money to get the V2. You guys know everything so please shed some light on this. Thanks!

Not worth the difference unless you it makes you feel better that you have maybe 2 or 3 WHP more vs the regular CAI. I would get the regular CAI based on my money situation.

AEM V2 has a LOUD hum at idle. I'm considering swapping it for a CT Icebox sometime in the future.
