i was involved a minor collison that took out my left HID. insurance installed some am headlights and when it's on, you can see the beam pattern, like a prism on the ground. i dont know if it's the bulb or the that glass looking case thing with all the lines in it. (whatdoyocallit?) that making the reflection. there's also a hot spot. so i want to change it, cause the light also looks a little yellow. so my question is are the HID bulbs the same for the whole second gen 99-03 models? if so where can i get some? anyone selling? for as little damage to my pockets ofcourse..

 

on a side note. just wondering if there's a simple way to get my rubber trim black again (i.e. around the sunroof, windshield) there are white scratches on them which are annoying to look at. any products / stuff around the house maybe?

 

try 303 Aerospace Protectant

 

or mothers back to black....that stuff works awesome, and is a little cheaper than 303. As far as the lights, take it to your dealership and see what they think
