Difference between 2003 Base vs Type S subframe and cradle

Hi what’s the real difference between the base TL sub frame and engine cradle (front) and the Type S. I have one that is complete with the upper cradle. I restored the thing from a nice junked one, and unfortunately don’t have the TLS anymore and buyers want to know if it fits their base TL.

will the subframe fit without the cradle?

Thanks.

BTW, The stupidest thing I ever did was unload my TL-S. I inherited a mint 2018 Impala LTZ with a huge warranty. Miss my TL with no clear coat on it. Maybe buy a 2006 TL?

I'd suggest you go to one of the many Acura Parts sites and compare the part numbers. At least you will know yours and can advertise it with the PN.

Engine cradle rear beam where the steering rack is bolted is the same part number but the front beam where the front motor mount is bolted is not the same part number. Not sure what the difference is.
