Post Denso Iridium plugs

I am starting a new post, because I don't know how many seen the other one.
After BNut's DYNO, with his Denso Iridium spark plugs, and emails from members asking me to carry them I checked into them alittle further because after all there just spark plugs. Then when to order some stock, I find out this things are a HOT seller. I could only get my hands on 50 of them, and put in an order for more, because they sell out so fast... I added them to www.autocarparts.com
Also WebToker posted he put them in his CL-S "I just put Denso Iridium plugs on tonight. WOW!!! You can feel the gain like night and day."
So I got a few orders from CL owners yesterday, and I will keep you posted on their feedback

OMG, Snook that's some bogus $hit man!!! Iridium plug$ dont compare to Super Sonics... Many of our members on this board dont believe me but they are the $hit... I would do a dyno but I dont want to change the origonal plugs back in... The plugs work ten times better with a CAI!!! It's incredible $hit dude... Anybody who wants to try them, they are only $4.95 a plug and they are bombay!!! Believe me on this one guys forreal forreal... Somebody order them and get a dyno before and after... It take 25-50 miles before they take affect... 1-800-243-6674, somebody call this nigga and ask him some questions...

The front sparks are easy to change your self, but the backs take skill and right tools... You need to put about 12-13 ft.lbs. of torque on the plugs... If you strip the threads youre f^cked dude, its an expensive car my nigga, spend some chee$e!!!

Shyne--If you hate bugs, dont install your plugs ...

Unhappy

I will put 3 supersonic plugs in front and 3 iriduim plugs in back and see which part of my car goes faster.

So many choices, but the bottom line is they don't use the best in mass production so either one is worth a shot. Can anyone Dyno before and after with the iriduim plugs?

Bnut did a dyno of the Denso Iridium plugs already, search the forum, it should be there, he got like 10 hp with these, supposedly gives you good low end torque also...

It looks like only about 3 HP gain and 7 ft. lb. torque gained if you ignore the green dyno run.

Those numbers are incredible. What's really nice is the gain in torque. We really have all the horsepower we need--what we need is the torque.

LOL, if you look next to the legend, it lists the date and time, but to answer your question, yes they were both done on the same day and the Red graph was done first, and then the Blue graph. (Ignore the green graph)

In peak power, yes, I only gained 3hp at the peak of the graph... if you look at the graph instead of the numbers, you can see that I gained up to 5-6hp throughout a large portion of the curve and that my torque was consisently higher throughout the entire rpm range.

If you look b/w 4,000 and 5,700rpms you will see the torque is up b/w 6-8 ft/lbs on average. In that same range my hp is up b/w 5-6hp.
