Well, it looks like it's going to get held at Ohio. They're in production, however there are too many 2001's on the lots so they are holding the 2002's a little while to help dealers be able to sell them. I think that is also one reason why they will only bring the Type-S at first to the dealers. Either way though, it won't be here next week like it was possible, but will probably be late March, maybe as late as early April. Anyhow, that's the latest I'm hearing, thought I'd pass it along.

Where did you get this information from?
The dealer where I put my deposit down for the 2002 TL are just about sold out of 2001, so they are not expecting any delays for 2002 shipments. The first shipment which includes my car is on track for March 15.

I hope that is not the case over here...I keep hearing March 15th still too...we'll see. I hope they are "on time"

When I spoke with the salesman last week to confirm the 2002 TL's March 15th delivery date, he told me that it confirmed. He mentioned that his dealership needs TL's because their last shipment of 2001 came in early February and their down to their last few!

My salesperson confirmed Sat(3/3) that my black/black TL-S w/Nav will be here this week either the 8th or 9th(Thursday or Friday). They have about 20-25 2001 TLs on the lot but salesperson told me that is no problem because many do not want to spend extra for the items on included on the 2002 models. The "S" adds $ as well as the Nav so she is happy to have a broad range of product and prices to offer to customers right now.

They're talking delayed here, but that was a salesman that told me that (they picked me up for a ride back to the dealership so I could pick my car up from it's complementary detail). Anyhow, I should have asked the owner to confirm, they usually know more. Oh, and BTW, they only have 3 TL's left, once they're gone that's it until the 2002's he said (other than pre-sold - aka WDP's), but then again, salesman.
