Do the dealer supply u with a loaner car for a faulty light when u go to get it fixed? Also do they charge for schedulked maintenence? oor is it poart of teh warenty? Im cheap, and on a budget..........

 

You are talking about a Acura right? If you are most Acura dealership would provide you with a loaner when something major is being worked on. Especially with something that is under waranty. At least my dealership loans me an Integra, or sometimes something else from the local Enterprise Rent a Car. You should push this issue with your Acura dealership.

 

well ive got 17500 on the TL now, havent gone in for "scheduled maintenence" at all. I maintain it pretty well, change the oil myself every 3000 with mobil 1. Is teh scheduled maintenence under warrenty and therrefore no charge? also, if i did go in to get this faulty "SRS light" error fixed, theyd see my custom made intake, would they care about that ........pertaining to warrenty violations?

 

Scheduled maint. is not covered under warranty so there will be a charge. How much? Beats me!

 

Individual dealers set their own policies. My dealer provides a loaner for scheduled maintenance and oil changes. Believe it or not, the loaner service is not a documented "Acura" feature and there are dealers that don't provide loaners under any circumstances.

 

I take my car to Park Ave Acura and they provide a loaner car if you need it.

I dropped off my car at Park Ave Acura this morning for a lot of warrantee work. They gave me a loaner car.

 

Im getting my oil changed on tues and they offered a loaner car but im not going to need it.

 

Honestly I am having lots problems with my dealers. I tried three of them. All of them sucked. They used to give me a loaner but not anymore. For some reason that I totally don't know. Hope you have better lock with your dealers...

 

Boy, my dealer offers a loaner but only if my car is there overnight. They have TLs and Integras.

Hey Black TL, I dropped my Black TL off at Park Ave today also. They put springs and sways on. I drove 2 hours from CT to get there and they also gave me a loaner for the day.
