is the dealer lying about my AC?
Is the dealer bsing me?
I had to bring the Type S in for a second time for a slight whirling sound in the AC. The first time they said they changed the blower motor. This time they said it is the intake on the type S and that it is normal. And the reason I do not hear it on the loaner which is a TLP is becuase it has a different intake. Is this true. The sound is not loud. It is just not normal.

no aftermarket intake
no the soudn is the same, sometimes you can't hear it becuase it sound of the ac drowns it out.
This is not a super loud sound. Just an annoying one. It tends to happen when i am at a red light.

I think i am hearing that too....
I have been able to hear it since i got the car...
My car had 0km (well, near it) on it.. so it was new.. (out of the dealer)..
I found the hissing sound when accelerating maybe... 10 to 30 or 40 km/h..
Does this sound familiar to you?
Plus, I have 2003 TL-S A-Spec.

Apparently the car will from time to time turn off the a/c compressor, and the lurch you experience is when it turns back on. But a noise doesn't sound normal...
I dont hear it when i accelerate hard.. or normal... but i do when i accelerate slow..
Any comments suggestions.. please inform me... Thank you.

Here's my experience with this noise:

It was actually louder with CAI, but still present with the stock intake. My 02 TL-S doesn't make the noise like my CL-S did. Not yet at least
