Do you have any other tips or suggestions based on your application experience?

No other tips...just follow the instructions in the bag. Wet the lens down, sand with the brown for approx. 3 min. until the surface feels even all over (keep the lens and paper wet while sanding at all times)....rinse w/ water....wet sand w/ the blue paper for another minute....rinse and dry, apply the CV 1 w/ the included cloth and let dry then apply the CV2 1st packet w/ their cloth.....let sit about 5 min.....apply another pack of CV2 again and that's it. Just read everything before you do it but that's basically all you do.

Thanks for the info!

My TL's lens have some rough cloudy spots on the corners and it will be interesting to see how well the wet sanding handles that. In these areas it almost feels as if there's some sort of hardened deposit there.

My TL has a ton of highway miles on it and that might have been a factor, along with age, in the condition of the lens.

Can anyone else confirm if this will screw up your lenses on an 02/03 TL? If there is some type of coating on the lens I don't want to sand it all off and ruin it.

I finally did this last night. It worked out pretty good. I only did the passenger side because the driver side is brand new. it doesn't look as good as the new driver side, but for an eight yr old lens, it looks damn good! For $20 though, I'm happy with it!
