Cruise Control knocks off?

Cruise Control knocks off?
I was driving on the I-5 the other day, and as all us Cali guys know, it's a jacked up freeway.. but anyways, I was using the cruise control and everything works fine, but when I hit a bump in the road, it turns off? I'm now wondering if it is due to my car being lowered. (on just Eibach springs)
What do you guys think?

not the cause at all.
although i cant tell you what it is. its not a result of lowering your car. maybe if it only does it when your car jolts its a wiring problem and something is shaking loose

I had the same exact problem on my car. It was so bad basically I had to put my foot under the brake pedal and push it back up to get cruise to work. All that needs to be done is have a switch adjusted. The dealer did it for free on my car. Its the switch that tells your car is braking. Believe it or not its set so sensitive that the car thinks your braking by the slight vibration of the bump. Note that the cruise brake sensor is different from the one that activates the taillights.

I would suspect a speed sensor was damaged by the lowering- the wire is torn loose or similar type issue
They can be damaged easily during just a brake job- let alone change the amount of space and travel to the sensor wires...
The rear sensors in particular come to mind as suspect
A scanner should tell you- someone else had same type prob and it was speed sensor $50

So basically, I'm not looking at spending too much on this cuz it seems pretty fairly priced. I am going to take it to my mechanic at Honda and see what's wrong with it. Other than that, everything else is fine. I can cruise on a smooth highway and no issues.
Also, a while back my TCS (!) came on along with another light and I thought it was an ABS sensor since my dad's 7th Gen Accord has that problem. But it went away after I turned the car off and on? Could have that been a sign that something was wrong? I didn't have any CC issues at that time. This just started happening a few days ago.

My guess (if there is no VSA/TCS light on) is that the brake pedal switch needs to be adjusted or replaced.

before you go to the shop- look at the 2 switches behind the metal arm of the brake pedal
One is brake lights - the others cruise disconnect
It may fail or get loose somehow- so look for that
but a TCS light a few days ago and cruise prob now= problem
I am going with speed sensor as before- the eibachs changed the freeplay or one was damaged during the install
