Is there any way to hook up a Navi unit out of a 2001 tl in another vehicle (F-350)? A friend said I could have it if I wanted; so please tell me it will work, you don't get too many things free these days.

Anything can be done as long as your have a imagination and a creative mind.. Just a lot of wire work and lots of diff stuff to do.. If your a pro at installations than you can do it easily but the fitting is the problem.. Like if theres enough room for the NAVI..
