courtesy cars in Vancouver?

Hi Eskimo,
Long time no talk.
Usually they only give you a courtesy car for big maintenace job.
Otherwise, you have to know the salesmen to get them to give you one if you know them well.
Times are tough and dealers now charge to give you a loaner.

just brought in my car today for warrenty
i had appointment a week ago do to my warped rotors and they made me wait 3 hrs standing around doing nothing and did nothing to my car cuz they were busy and had no time for it
so today i had another appointment and i explained to them that the service advisor who called me to book the appointment said i would be guranteed a courtesy car cuz it was like a 4 hr wait till its done and i'm not gonna sit there again

Thanks all. I ended up going to NorthShore Acura. It was only 10-15 minutes from downtown. It's a very nice new dealership. The entrance to their service bays is really well thought out. I got an Acura EL as a courtesy car. Service level is good. I would recommend them.
