pillar update. second coat of bondo filling up the screw holes and some imperfections. might need one one light coat but hoping that i dont need to go that far. then i have to find a way of wrapping it some how. any ideas would help out.

i was going for the sleeper look. still need a lip kit, tint, and lowered and i think ill be done with the outside of the car.

wat setup are u running i was thinking of running a 75 shot i also got a choice 0ff 50 or 100 from my boy. I wanna do 100 but i might stay on the 75 shot to be safe

i dynoed with a 65 shot and everything went good. i had the proper A/F ratio. once i put the 100 shot my A/F ratio went up to around 15:1. so unless u get a tune i wouldnt go with a 100 shot. btw i got a dry system. a went system is different.

got the pillar sanded again. if i were to paint them id have to do some more sanding but instead i primered it and have to think how im gonna wrap it. want to wrap it in something close to the stock cloth.

thx. any of your ever worked with suede or know if i could use it on the pillar bc of the gauge humps?

so i test fitted the pillar in my car today and it looks good. cant wait till i finish it. then im gonna start on another project.

well i went to my local fabric and crafts store and they didnt have plain black suede. so i picked up some black premier velvet

looks and feels almost like suede.
oh and its $25 a yard so i took almost a whole yard just to see how it works out.

well i tried to wrap it yesterday and it didnt work out to well. it has to stretch more. gonna try a couple more different techniques tomorrow. if anyone has any tips or know of any black fabric that will work and look nice let me knw.

well heres and update. after a couple of tries with diff. material i almost got the gauge pillar wraped like i wanted it.




also did the passenger one too.

whats left to do are these on both sides

so i finished all the interior pillars. looks good. just have to do the headliner.
also got my windows tinted 5% all the way around except for the windshield.
today i fixed my pillars (the ones on the outside), put some vinyl over lays (https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=180960)
and i got another project on my hands:
