Passenger (if there was one) is Driver might have survived but not without a lot of injuries.

 

 

yeah, adam had damage everywhere on his car.

 

but for the shear depth of the hit, i think this one wins, since adam's hit the firewall and such, which helped to hold it upright


but even a passenger may have survived, looks like the seat just moved over alot, but yeah they will still be really hurting alot worse then the driver though

I know there have been a few that have been worse shown here. This is just a sad side effect of Side impacts. There just isnt the ability to make a lot of strength there.
