could this be a problem?

my dad brought my car to the dealer this morning at 9am to get in lowered....i thought this would be a one day thing...but they caled around 430 and told me it's a long process and it wont be done until tomarrow...whats up with that?....could they be hiding something?...like something being broken?....anyone have it take more then a day...i heard it was a 2-3 hr process..

Sounds like someone was "low man on the totem pole" for service to me...I was charged for 6 hours by the dealer, but it really doesn;t take more than 3. Even with 6 hours, it should have been completed already.

If you had an appointment for this, I'd be getting my next service or oil change for free!

Took me and a friend 3 hours to swap springs and shocks from my girl's Accord to my TL. I doubt it takes that long. Then again Ive been lowering cars on the side since early 90s.

With the right equipment it should take about 2 hrs.

PAA quotes 2.5 hrs.. Bridgewater Acura quoted me 7hrs and I laughed at them.... Every Acura dealer quotes a different time. You should of taken it to PAA...

When you get there argue with them and tell them your not going to pay for 6 or whatever hrs they took because PAA could do it in 2.5 why can't they and tell them your giong to call Acura Corp.
