uugh... sorry just hada vent.... got a tix for runnin a red light last night... =*( .... thats the bad thing.. but the good thing is that he didnt ticket me for my tint and clear signalz... *PHEW*...

is it true that if you appear in court and plead not guilty, then you won't be able to go 2 traffic school? has anyone done it before?

I kinda thought the same thing. I know I've blasted a few people on this board for the lectures on speeding, but blowing a light is another thing IMO.

I think "copz suckz azz" is code for "police officer rightly tickets me for dangerous driving, but kindly ignores my mods." But I'm just speculating.

i actually coulda made the light if it wasn't because of some stupid benz pulling out trying to make a right turn... cuz i then slowed down cuz i thought it was just gonna jet outta nowhere... but then he stopped and i just kept going... and thus hit the red rather than yellow.... i could've totally made if that guy didn't showed up... i mean i've got 260 under my hood afterall =P lol.. oh well

I believe that if you plead not guilty and you are still convicted your option of going to traffic school is withdrawn. You have a choice : go to traffic and avoid your ins. from finding out about your INCIDENT OR go to face the judge and PRAY the officer either forgets to show and/or doesn't care to show up. If he does you'll have a very difficult time winning this one.
