Questions for the studs! how did you launch? SHifting technique? It looks like you guys just gunned it in D5 or something?

Nope, I never ever race in D anything. I always shift gate and take it to 7,000RPM in 1st and 2nd. And that run I powerbraked around 1500RPM.

Note, the track surface was cold and and I experienced a fair amount of wheel hop on that run. That wheel hop hurt my 60' foot times on that run, and notice the guys mopping up a spill. Yes, there was some junk on the track that hurt the launch as well. You could also hear the nice 2nd gear I laid down.
