yes!
zoom zoom! mix a 5 gallon jug w/ a reg tank of 93 high test and you'll be running at about 97-99 octane! or add more blue than 93 or sunoco 94, and to get a full 100 in the mix. also, it cleans out your injectors, heads, etc.
but at $30.00 a jug it's a luxury, and not to be used all the time!
