Question COMPTECH or NEUSPEED?

Does anyone know what the diffence is between the Comptech sway bars and the Neuspeed ones? I know alot of people have the Comptech, but does anyone here have the Neuspeed ones that Tim sells? Thanks.

Cool

I was planning on getting the Comptechs anyway. I always read that everyone loves them. I just wanted to know if anyone had the Neuspeeds. Thanks for the replies.

Neuspeed is coming out with a new competition class bar that is 25mm in width. That beats stock, eibach, comptech and the regular neuspeed sways. Thinkin bout getting them when they are released.

I have neuspeed rear only .. they are thicker than stock but small than comptech so performance would be a tad worse.. i'm also thinking of getting the competition bars once they're out

The higher the diameter of the swaybar the more roll it will counter.

I forget the exact formula, but it involves the length between the two mounting points, and the thickness of the bar.

I do remember however, that the thickness of the bar was squared in the formula. Which means that even 1 or 2 mm difference will have quite an effect.

Comptech's is 22mm
Neuspeed's is 19mm
Eibach's is 23mm
Suspension Techniques is 19mm (adjustable length)

and the Neuspeed Competition which is not yet available will be 25mm thick.

But obviously, since Rice1304 thinks that all Neuspeed products are crappy, you will die and burn in hell if you get the Neuspeed Competition swaybar, which is clearly the best for all out handling.

Only the front bar is hollow... the rear is solid. You don't want the front one as still as you can get anyways... it'll just make the car understeer more than it already does.

If I remember correctly the sway bars are hollow and therefor the wall thickness comes into play. Is the Neuspeed bar hollow also?
