Comptech IceBox

Would a 6 sp Icebox fit in a TL Type S?

If it doesn't fit what can I do to make it fit

It will not fit and from what I understand you cannot make it fit. There are enough differences in the engine bay and with the engine intake which warrant a different part number for each. You can try contacting Comptech to see if there is a work around, but from what I've seen and heard... it's not going to fit.

If you figure something out... let us know!

The Icebox will fit. The only thing that will not fit is the tube to the throttle body is shorter. I asked him if I could cut it. He said that would work but he doesn't recommend it. There is a kit you can buy for $60 to make the change from 6sp to auto...
