It's not too dark, maybe you are thinking of the TL-P blue (I can't think of the name right now, I'm tired). It shines like crazy when you actually give it a proper wash and wax.

Maybe San Marino Red, a color that really wasn't used for the TL but instead for the CL? I'd love to see that.

if youre willing to spend thousands to paint your car, wouldn't you at least want it to be unique?

and just to clarify, there were a few differnt blues used for 2nd gen tl's... Eternal blue pearl (canada only?), agean blue pearl, monterey blue pearl. abp is the only HOT one

I'd say go with a custom color of your own to make your car a hell of a lot more original. If light you could do a burnt orange with a gold overcoat (may sound strange, but looks f-in amazing on even a Geo). If not, man a good paint job pushes 3 grand. Put together a custom turbo.

ehh whats the point of wasting money on a custom turbo when the average speed limit around here is 55? just not worth it, i prefer going for look then power

here is what you do. grab your local phone book, and look for your local Automotive Paint stores. (not autozones and stuff) they will have paint books. you can go thru the custom colors and pick something you like

Without question one of the best blue's out there....

Nogaro Blue Pearl Clearcoat - Paint CodeLZ5M/M8

Put a pearl or a silver flake in this colour and you'll turn every head!! My opinion obviously....
