Anyway we can......

Im not sure how to say this but imma try my best..

Is there neway i can bring my car for instance to the dealer where they can clean out/flush my piping or watever it is that can get clogged over aging of the car? Sorta like a "REFORMAT and a new windows " for a computer... but instead for a car... Will that imporve performace or neting in that matter? lol it should right? please help

Dude, you are right. You DEFINITELY were not sure how to say it. It's called a tune-up. You should look into one if its never had it, depending on your mileage.

With today's engine technology, there's really no such thing as a "tune-up" anymore. Well, there's still the regular maintenance stuff, but not in the same sense as with old cars.

Take it to an oil change place and have them flush out the engine. Bilstein has a pretty good engine-flush system and I think it costs like 50 bucks or so? It will remove most of the gunk and carbon build-up inside the engine, essentially cleansing it out, if that's what you're worried about.
