Question cold air induction

If anybody has installed c.a.i. on their tl and could give me their opinion on the results. Also should I get aem or injen? Or not even bother.

I have an AEM CAI and I, as well as many other people on this site believe it is the best way to go

if you don't want the noise or want a cheaper alternative. use the comptech drop in filter. it gives about the same hp boost, easy to install, and costs $150 less.

BULLSH!T. Show me where a drop in filter gives the same performance gains as a Cold Air Intake.

AHAHHAAaAHHAAA!! Go get married already!!

Maybe if you took out the resinator..

Hey do you guys think the Injen is as good as AEM?? I like AEM and alot of folks have it.. but I want to try something different.. not only that.. the Injen looks so much better than the blue AEM one.. I'm thinking of the blue Injen one..

That's what I've done, and it works great! Of course I removed the stock resonator box. In my opinion it's exactly the same. Just not as loud. You don't get the whistle at high rpm.

AGAIN, stop the bull****. I have tried comptech and K&N drop in filter on 2000 TL, and K&N drop in filter on 2000 Accord V6. Both with resonator OUT!!! The sound was deep and the low-end torque is much better than intake's. However, if you say that you can't feel the diff between intake and drop-in filter, YOU ARE DUMB. If you have not tried intake on your car, don't release this stupid piece of info to fellow TL owners. AEM short ram works great on 2000 TL, just lost some low-end torque. AEM short ram, AEM CAI, Injen CAI all give much better gain on Accord V6. PERIOD.
