hey guys my srs light has been on for a while. i really wanna fix this for the guy buying my car because hes a fellow co-worker.

i took it to my mechanic and got 15-3 code for faulty opds sensor. i got him to clear the codes but i bet itll pop back up again.

how hard is it to change this part and is it this part number? 81334-S0K-A73

 

usa cars have a special extended warranty on that part--10year/150kmiles
ck acura canada for possible help there too~

yup i was right light came back on guess ima have to order the part.

they cut us a break on price and wont have prob with shipping to you

they will know what part gets replaced when that opds code appears--assuming its the same failure usa gets

 

i called acura client services. and told them what happened and asked them if im still covered in the 10 year extension for opds.

unfortunately im not covered. but she said take it to a acura dealer to get it diagnosed and well see how we can help you out.

i dont wanna end up paying 4-500 bucks. should i just do this myself
