Id recommending doing it yourself... I did mine this weekend and it wasnt hard (but ive done it before on Civics).
But if you must go to a shop in Houston go to Carboy on Bissonett.
Then do damn good work.

I know that on Jackies Civic had the headlights cleared and they were the first people in Houston to do this back in 96. I talked to him about it because I had the same Civic back then, but I decided to do it myself. It is the same process as the TL were you have to open up the headlights and reseal it.
I dont know if they will do it for customers, but I dont see why they wouldnt.
Call them and find out.
