im so hesitant on clearing my headlights.. if i mess up its over. what should i do? should i put vinyl silver tape over the amber or should i actually clear it.. thanks for the thoughts. btw if anyone lives in the Chicago area and have cleared the lights.. will you be willing to help me? or better yet would you like to do it together.. i sometimes cant trust myself -thanks

You can't mess up if you take your time and becareful..don't rush. Just do one at the time..and if you do mess up for any reason, worse thing will ever happen is you just have to buy one new one..

 

I used to have black vinyl on them. But I finally decided to clear them. I paid someone to do it for me, but I'd say it's worth every penny. But I am still not too comfortable doing it myself. For my next car, I'd ask him to do it for me as well
