Anybody know if they make clear tailights for the TLS? I see them for all other models but not ours Also....anybody located in or around the houston TX area? I just moved here and need to find a good place to get work done on my car...also looking to hook up with other TL owners...

 

They don't make clear headlights or tail lights for our cars. You can however mod your own headlights so they're clear ... Check it out here:

I think he meant tail lights. To the original poster, most people on this forum don't appreciate altezza lights. They really dont belong on a TL.

 

Yeah I realize he meant tail lights, thats why I said they make clear tail lights (or headlights)... but I wanted to point him in the direction of the clear headlights incase he desired to do such a thing ...

 

why in the world would you want clear tails on a TLS?

 

..didn't mean to offend anyone..it was just something I was curious about I'm just gonna concentrate on the engine for now and leave the exterior alone. I've decided on the CT Icebox and OBX headers, that should be enough for now Then maybe add the mystery mod after I read up on it some more....and I still need to learn more about the RES deal...

 

Don't hold your breath with the "mystery mod"

good choices with the engine mods, that should keep you happy for a while.

as for res, don't hold your breath. when was the last update? havent heard a word about it in a while...

 

Last update was the RES is dead. Until something else comes up... as others said....don't hold your breath.

As for the clear tails... thankfully there are none.. and my guess is that there will never be any... at least I hope...
